We’ll refine your core message, clarify your audience, and map out your signature talk from start to finish—so it connects deeply and converts consistently.
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM:
Offer Strategy & Stage-to-Sale Flow
We’ll create a clear, aligned plan for what you’ll sell at the end of your talk, how to present it with confidence, and how to naturally guide your audience toward a “yes.”
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM:

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM:
Speaker Assets, Page Strategy & Promo Video Planning
We’ll create your core speaker assets—bio, intro, and contract—and plan out the structure and copy for your speaker page. Then we’ll storyboard your speaker promo video so you can hand it off to an editor with ease (even if you don’t have stage footage yet).
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM:
Final Talk Review & Q&A
We’ll review everything created so far, fill in any final gaps, and make sure your talk, message, and assets are fully aligned and ready to move your audience to action.
